They buy frauding people from other distant parts of the former USSR and even from abroad, maybe. What price would you put for the head of the criminal taken by frauding from a pensioner a half of her pension in the country full of flower-milling governmental structures making a nice example of not paying in time, low pensions and minimum wage less than 30 dollars a month with disproport'l prices?
